Here’s the great thing about Scott. Not only does he love what he’s doing, he loves what you’re doing too. Really. He makes you feel like you’re a star, even if you’re just a tiny blogger with, like, embarrassingly low traffic. I’ve met Scott twice and both times, he greeted me like this:Â “Oh. MY. GOD! Nerd’s Eye View is here!” Everyone needs a guy like Scott around, he’s like 72 screaming groupies all in one tall Alaskan. I took this photo of Scott at lunch (in Seattle’s International District) while he laughed like crazy about, well, everything.

Met you @ SCOOT SEA. Am finally getting around to diving into Nerd’s Eye. Usually I’m a fast skimmer – my eyes darting from headline to headline – slowing only to confirm I like what I see….but your Scott photo stopped me in my tracks. I’ve slowed down enough to watch your Ukulele performance and read your Kubota Garden post start to finish. Nicely done Pam, nicely done indeed!
