small world dept.: my friend and fellow busker, Whitney Monge (www.whitneymonge.com), is doing a show soon and was telling me about it yesterday at Pike Place Market. as she was describing the cajon player she’d booked for the show (with mentions of his current band) it dawned on me that he was Pete and the band, of course, was the Castaways.
Yup, that’s our percussion guy. He’s made up of all kinds of awesome.
